Send a clear scanned copy of your passport immediately so that we can hold your booking.

Passport must be valid for more than 6 months after your return and should have 4 blank pages. Children under 18 years old are required to carry their unabridged birth certificate and follow South African immigration regulations regarding travelling without one or both parents. Please confirm regulations with your consultant prior to travelling. 

Please note that issuing of the visas is solely at the discretion of the Embassy. Any costs incurred due to the embassy refusing to issue a visa will be for the travellers own expense.

Visas are not required for tourist purposes to Indonesia for south African travellers. Please check with your consultant regarding covid travel requirements if any closer to the time of travel as these requirements change no an adhoc basis.



Please note that Emirates Airlines international baggage allowance is 2pc of 23kg per piece as at the time of advertising this package and is subject to change at any time. You may pay for additional luggage prior to travel should you require. Please consult with your travel consultant before departure to ensure that you have the updated info prior to travelling.



Please note that this package is based on discounted flights and the airlines charge an additional amount between R650 and R1400 per person per sector to pre – seat in advance. Should you prefer not to book the seat in advance then the seat can only be selected at the time of check in at the airport counter and it is possible that you may not be seated together with your travelling companion. Please speak to your consultant should you wish to book a guaranteed seat.



Any cancellations made are subject to our standard terms and conditions as well as the fare rules as per the airlines and hotels policies which are usually very restrictive. A 20% admin fee will be charged for any cancellations.



Please note the package is based on standard room category at the hotel. Any requests for rooms to be located together or even on the same floor is subject to availability at the time of check in and cannot be guaranteed in advance. 


Kindly note that some hotels have roller beds in Triple and Quad Rooms.

Also note that the triple and Quad rooms are small and difficult to move around the room with luggage
