PAYMENT
Deposit your payment of R15,000 per person into the account of Sure Mithas Travel immediately to secure your place.

After the deposit has been made, please write clearly the name of each passenger travelling and your phone number onto the deposit slip and email it to info@mithastravel.co.za. Very important! If the passengers name is not shown clearly on the deposit slip the payment will be
impossible to trace and will not be recorded.
Cash deposits – if you deposit cash into our account, please add R1.80 for every R100 paid. This is the banks cash deposit fee.
Unfortunately, payments CANNOT be made with credit cards because all tickets are sent to us by the airline as a group in one email just prior to departure. We are fully aware that normally you get free travel insurance if you book with your credit card but we do not accept credit card payment.
Deposits only secure your seat in the group it does not secure the price, should there be any price increase you will be liable to pay the new increased price unless full payment has been received prior to the increase in price. Balance of payment to be made by 10 November 2024.

PASSPORTS, VISAS AND CHILDREND UNDER 18 YEARS OLD TRAVELLING
Send a clear scanned copy of your passport immediately so that we can hold your booking. Passport must be valid for more than 6 months after your return and should have 4 blank pages. Children under 18 years old are required to carry their unabridged birth certificate and follow South
African immigration regulations regarding travelling without one or both parents. Please confirm regulations with your consultant prior to travelling.
Visas are not required for tourist purposes to Qatar for South African travellers. Please check with your consultant regarding covid travel requirements if any closer to the time of travel as these requirements change on an adhoc basis.

LUGGAGE
Please note that Qatar Airlines international baggage allowance is 2pc of 23kg per piece as at the time of advertising this package and is subject to change at any time. You may pay for additional luggage prior to travel should you require. Please consult with your travel consultant before departure
to ensure that you have the updated info prior to travelling.

QATAR AIRWAYS FLIGHT FROM AND TO DURBAN
All Qatar flights from Durban have a technical stop in Maputo enroute to Doha & on the return to Durban. Passengers from Durban do not disembark the aircraft in Maputo.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is compulsory, it is required in Doha.

SEATING
Please note that this package is based on block booking seats and the airlines charge an additional amount between R650 and R1400 per person per sector to pre – seat in advance. Should you prefer not to book the seat in advance then the seat can only be selected at the time of check in at the airport counter and it is possible that you may not be seated together with your travelling companion. Please speak to your consultant should you wish to book a guaranteed seat.

CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellations made are subject to our standard terms and conditions as well as the fare rules as per the airlines and hotels policies which are usually very restrictive for group bookings. A 20% admin fee will be charged for any cancellations.

HOTEL ROOMS
Please note the package is based on standard room category at the hotel. Any requests for rooms to be located together or even on the same floor is subject to availability at the time of check in and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Kindly note that some hotels have roller beds in Triple and Quad Rooms. Also note that the triple and Quad rooms are small and difficult to move around the room with luggage
Check in/check out times will be 1400/1200noon

MEDICATION
Do carry some simple medication like Panado, Lomotil, Immodium, Flutex and so on.
